Refund & Cancellation Policy

FRANticc is a digital franchise intelligence platform. All premium products provide immediate access to digital data and research tools. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Brand Unlock (₹89–199 per brand)
Brand Unlock is a one-time purchase that grants you access to premium data and tools for a specific brand. This includes Margin Intelligence, Territory Saturation Checker, Franchisee Connect, and Legal Vault data for that brand.
- Non-refundable. Once a Brand Unlock is purchased, the premium data is made available to you immediately. As this is digital content delivered instantly, refunds are not available.
- The price of each Brand Unlock is determined by our dynamic pricing system based on the depth and quality of our research for that brand.
- Brand Unlock access does not expire.
2. Pro Investor Subscription (₹999 for 1 year)
Pro Investor grants access to premium data and tools across all brands on the platform, plus the premium comparison tool and early access to new features.
- Non-refundable. Once activated, the subscription provides immediate access to all premium content across the platform. Refunds are not available.
- Access is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- No auto-renewal. Your subscription will not automatically renew. You will not be charged again unless you explicitly choose to renew.
- If you wish to renew, you may do so at the then-current price at any time after expiry.
3. Cancellation
- Brand Unlocks cannot be cancelled as access is granted immediately upon payment.
- Pro Investor subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund, but you may choose not to renew. Your access will continue until the 1-year period expires.
- We do not auto-renew any subscription. You will never be charged without your explicit action.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment — if you are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- Payment processing failure — if your payment was debited but access was not granted due to a system error, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@franticc.com with your registered email address, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
