By accessing or using FRANticc ("the Platform"), including the website at franticc.com, any brand pages, comparison tools, premium features, or data services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

FRANticc is a franchise discovery and research platform. We aggregate, compile, and present information about franchise, dealership, and business opportunities in India. We are not a franchise broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, or legal consultant. We do not sell franchises, facilitate franchise transactions, or provide personalised investment advice.

2. Information Sources & Data Provenance

All information presented on the Platform is derived from publicly available sources, including but not limited to:

Brand official websites, franchise pages, and marketing materials
Annual reports, investor presentations, and stock exchange filings of listed companies
Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHP) and SEBI filings
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) registrar filings
Industry body publications (FADA, NRAI, RAI, FHRAI, ICRA, CARE, CRISIL)
Credit rating rationale documents
News articles, press releases, and interviews published in mainstream media
Franchise listing platforms and directories
Government regulatory notifications and gazette publications
Google Maps and publicly accessible location data

Each data point on the Platform is accompanied by a source confidence tier (S1 through S7) indicating its provenance. No information on this Platform constitutes proprietary, confidential, or non-public data. All data has been independently researched and compiled from sources available in the public domain.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION, DATA, TOOLS, ANALYSES, COMPARISONS, AND CONTENT PROVIDED HEREIN ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Specifically:

No guarantee of accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate and current data, franchise economics, investment requirements, margins, store counts, and other metrics change frequently. Data on the Platform may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate at any given time.
No guarantee of completeness: The Platform does not purport to contain all information relevant to any franchise investment decision. Critical information may exist that is not captured on our Platform.
No guarantee of outcomes: Past performance, reported margins, and projected returns displayed on the Platform do not guarantee future results. Individual franchise performance varies based on location, management, market conditions, and numerous other factors.

4. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY INVESTMENT, BUSINESS, OR FINANCIAL DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM IS MADE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. FRANTICC, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND DATA PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY DATA OR CONTENT HEREIN.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

Investment losses or business failures
Franchise agreements entered into based on Platform data
Discrepancies between Platform data and actual franchise terms offered by brands
Errors or omissions in margin data, financial projections, or economic analyses
Actions taken or not taken based on Legal Vault, Margin Intelligence, Territory Checker, or any other premium tool
Data that was accurate at the time of publication but subsequently became outdated

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRANticc and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

5. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The information is provided for general research and educational purposes only. Before making any franchise investment decision, you should:

Conduct your own independent due diligence
Consult with a qualified financial advisor
Consult with a qualified legal advisor
Verify all data directly with the franchisor
Review the actual franchise agreement and disclosure documents
Visit existing franchise outlets and speak with current franchisees

6. Premium Data & Paid Services

Certain features of the Platform ("Premium Features") require payment. By purchasing Premium access:

You receive access to additional data layers compiled from public sources — not proprietary or insider information
Premium data carries the same limitations and disclaimers as free data
Premium access is non-refundable once data has been viewed
Per-brand purchases grant access to one brand's premium data; All Brands subscriptions grant access to all brands for the subscription period

7. Intellectual Property

The compilation, organisation, presentation, analysis methodology, confidence scoring system, comparison framework, and user interface of the Platform are the intellectual property of FRANticc. While individual data points are derived from public sources, the specific compilation and analysis constitute original work protected by copyright.

You may not:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Platform
Reproduce, redistribute, or republish Platform data in any format
Use Platform data to create a competing product or service
Remove or obscure source attribution or confidence tier indicators

8. Brand Data & Third-Party Rights

Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. FRANticc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any brand listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated. Brands listed on the Platform have not verified or approved the data presented about them unless the source tier indicates otherwise (S1 — Brand Official).

9. User Accounts & Conduct

Users who create accounts agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of their credentials, and not share account access. FRANticc reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in scraping or data harvesting, or misuse the Platform.

10. Lead Submission & Privacy

When you submit an enquiry form on a brand page, your contact information (name, email, phone, city) is shared with the relevant brand's franchise team and stored in our database. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by the brand and by FRANticc regarding franchise opportunities. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

FRANticc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
